Drawing from her decades of experience in higher education leadership, consulting, and workforce development, Carolyn will provide guidance on identifying and interpreting ethical issues through cultural and generational lenses and analysis of real-world case studies along live polls and a Q&A session. Participants will leave with enhanced skills for ethical awareness, practical frameworks for culturally competent decision-making, and strategies for integrating generational understanding into their client work.
